Knight Frank alongside Derby-based FHP Property Consultants have been appointed as letting agents for the office space at Chesterfield Waterside.
Accountants BHP have already signed up for 5,500 sq ft, leaving up to 30,000 sq ft available at the development for additional tenants.
Construction of One Waterside Place at Basin Square at Chesterfield Waterside, began on 21 October 2020 and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
Chesterfield Borough Council’s Economic Development Unit and partners in Destination Chesterfield are offering support for inward investors and existing Chesterfield businesses wishing to move to the Waterside project including free guidance on access to finance, recruitment and training.
