Waterside Quarter

Leading UK housebuilder Avant Homes will build 177 high-quality homes at Waterside Quarter in 2019. The mix of contemporary two, three and four-bedroom homes will the bar for modern living in Chesterfield.

Construction of the homes will begin in Summer 2019 and will be released for sale in Autumn.

Basin Square

On the doorstep of Chesterfield’s mainline station, Basin Square boasts an enviable address to live and work.

Set around the canal basin, Phase 1 of Basin Square scheme comprises:
